Prices<\/h3>\n

All web prices are in DKK currency or Euro. Prices include 25 % VAT. Costumers outside the Faroe Island do not pay 25% VAT and the VAT will be deducted from the price. As a customer it is your responsibility to pay your national taxes and customs.<\/p>\n

We reserve the right to cancel orders based on typing errors.<\/p>\n

Payment<\/h3>\n

Payment will be debited and withdrawn from your account, upon dispatch. We care about safety, therefore all communication is encrypted with SSL (Secure socket layer).<\/p>\n

Delivery<\/h3>\n

The goods purchased from our web shop will be delivered within 5-10 weekdays, if nothing else is stated.
Our products are handmade, and are often produced on demand. And if we do not have the goods in stock,\u00a0 the handling time may vary up to 3 weeks.

Return of goods<\/h3>\n

As a customer you have the right to return the item if it has a production error. In this case, Fosaa Design shall return the full amount for the product to the customer and paid for any return costs.<\/p>\n

Cancellation and returns<\/h3>\n

As a customer you have 30 days to return the goods, when the goods are purchased on the web shop.\u00a0
We will return the amount paid for the products. You shall paid for the delivery.<\/p>\n
